You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an ini88 account. Age and identity verification is enforced at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one active ini88 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All ini88 transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited within 1–3 minutes via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and all supported e-wallets. Withdrawal processing times apply after identity verification.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions set out in the individual promotion terms. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, results in immediate account closure.

By registering an Account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ini88 Privacy Policy and any individual promotion terms applicable to bonuses you claim.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
To register and maintain an active Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ini88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ini88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify the ini88 support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ini88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. ini88 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
ini88 is required under its international gaming licence obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members. KYC verification may be requested at any point during a Member's tenure, and is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Standard KYC documentation for Indonesian Members includes:
ini88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held in pending status until KYC is approved. ini88 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by KYC processing delays where the Member has submitted documentation that is incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent.
All deposits to ini88 Accounts must be made through an approved payment method in the Member's own name. ini88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Attempting to deposit via a bank account, e-wallet, or card not registered in your own legal name will result in the deposit being reversed and your Account being suspended pending investigation.
ini88 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Deposits via approved Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within 1–3 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). ini88 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ini88 accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at ini88's discretion with reasonable notice provided to Members.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the ini88 Account holder. ini88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
For Accounts that have completed KYC verification, ini88 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 1 hour during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals submitted outside of operating hours, or flagged for additional review, may take up to 24 hours. ini88 will communicate any delays to the Member via the in-platform support channel or by email.
ini88 does not impose a platform-level withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Network or intermediary bank processing fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are the Member's responsibility and will be deducted from the transferred amount where applicable.
ini88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the following practices: opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematically wagering on opposite outcomes of the same event to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (matched betting); using bots or automated software to generate wagering volume; and colluding with other Members to meet bonus conditions through circular or structured betting patterns.
The rules governing individual games and betting markets are published within each respective game interface or market page on the Platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. ini88's interpretation of its game rules in the event of a dispute is final, subject to the escalation process described in Clause 13.
Sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile) — are subject to the specific settlement rules for each sport and competition, available in the sportsbook help section. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal by the governing body, ini88 will apply the settlement rules in force at the time of bet placement.
Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing each live table game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo) are those stipulated by the game studio. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live game, the studio's own void-and-return policy applies, and ini88 will honour the studio's ruling.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on the Platform — including the Singapore (SGP) and Hong Kong (HK) draws — are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority. ini88 does not influence or predict draw outcomes. Settlement is automatic and applied to all relevant open positions within 30 minutes of the official result publication.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
ini88 reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension; permanent Account closure; forfeiture of all balances; recovery of funds paid out in error; and referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ini88 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, user interface layout, game integrations, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ini88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction or redistribution of any Platform content; creation of derivative works based on Platform content; use of ini88's trademarks or branding for any commercial purpose; or scraping, crawling, or data-mining of any part of the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of ini88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ini88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and successors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this Clause limits ini88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, or account transactions, Members must submit a formal dispute via the in-platform support channel within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted. ini88's resolution is final for disputes not escalated to the relevant licensing authority within the further period specified by that authority.
ini88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available in full at ini88.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to ini88's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ini88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required: (a) to process your transactions (e.g., sharing necessary payment details with your bank or e-wallet provider); (b) to comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering reporting requirements; (c) to enforce these Terms; or (d) to protect the rights, property, or safety of ini88, its Members, or the public.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data held by ini88, subject to applicable law and ini88's record-retention obligations under its gaming licence. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].
ini88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via in-platform notification and/or email at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Members) may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
The current version and effective date of these Terms are always displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions are retained in ini88's internal records and are available on written request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ini88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ini88's internal dispute resolution process (as described in Clause 13.1) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.
Members who access the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. ini88 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal, appropriate, or available for use in any specific location.
